SILVA COMPASS 3E

The Silva 3E Baseplate Compass is a precision navigation tool designed for both standard outdoor navigation and military use, featuring dual graduations in degrees and mils for maximum versatility. Its long Expedition baseplate enhances map reading accuracy, while the inclusion of Romer scales allows for precise positioning on a variety of map types.

Built for reliability and accuracy, the 3E features a liquid-filled capsule with a sapphire jewel bearing and a high-quality steel needle, ensuring smooth and steady movement for pinpoint readings. The hardened steel pivot adds durability, while the patented red and black north-south lines within the capsule make alignment fast and easy.

For added functionality, the Silva 3E includes a magnifying lens and luminous markings that enhance visibility in low-light conditions, providing up to four hours of illumination after light exposure. Declination adjustment, silicon friction feet for map stability, and multiple Romer scales (1:24k, 1:25k, 1:40k, 1:50k) round out this professional-grade compass.

With its combination of precision engineering, rugged construction, and dual measurement capability, the Silva 3E is the perfect compass for serious adventurers, navigators, and field professionals.
