SHIMANO TEKOTA OVERHEAD REEL

The Shimano Tekota A reel is built for serious saltwater anglers who demand strength, precision, and long-term reliability. With its robust Hagane Body construction, this reel delivers exceptional rigidity and eliminates flex under pressure, providing smooth, consistent performance even in the most demanding offshore conditions. Its S-Compact Body design improves comfort and handling, offering a compact feel that doesnt compromise on power or torque, making it easy to fish all day without fatigue.

Designed to thrive in harsh saltwater environments, the Tekota A features Shimanos CoreProtect technology, which adds water-repellent sealing to key areas of the reel. This greatly reduces the chance of saltwater intrusion, helping protect internal components and extending the life of the reel through every season. Shimano has further upgraded the Tekota A by increasing the gear diameter, boosting its gear strength by 50% over the previous generation. This added durability translates to smoother retrieves and more reliable power when battling large, hard-fighting fish.

Whether youre deep-dropping offshore, trolling for pelagics, or chasing powerful inshore species, the Shimano Tekota A gives you the confidence to fish harder, longer, and with total control.
