Abu Garcia WINCHC76-6 Winch Casting Rod

Expertly designed to take your crankbait fishing to the next level, the Abu Garcia Winch Casting Rods have all the important characteristics needed in a cranking rod. Built from a custom composite construction, the Winch series blanks are tapered to achieve a more moderate action that is optimized for use with moving baits. These rods achieve a parabolic bend throughout the midsection of the blank to help keep fish pinned under a full load of tension when fishing with treble hook baits. By maintaining constant line tension with the fish, this action greatly reduces the fish\’s ability to create slack and throw the hooks, ultimately increasing your landing percentage. The parabolic action of these rods also loads extremely well on the cast, allowing you to cover lots of water by propelling your crankbait great distances. The Winch Rods are a fully comprehensive series to cover all of your cranking needs, whether you\’re combing the shallows with small squarebills or reaching the bottom of deep offshore ledges with magnum deep-divers. Equipped with quality components including stainless steel guides with zirconium inserts and Fuji reel seats, the Winch series is a great cranking rod option for hobbyists and seasoned tournament pros alike.Features:Composite blend constructionCork and high density EVA gripsErgonomic Fuji reel seatStainless steel guides with Zirconium inserts
