Although most popular Japanese lure brands such as Megabass, Jackall, DEPS, OSP etc. have blade baits, Evergreen Little Max is the most popular blade bait for bass fishing in Japan. It might be because Evergreen has achieved to dominate the market earlier. (Little Max was released around 2000).
